Returns


The customer can make use of our return policy within 14 days of receiving the product(s) provided all terms are fulfilled. 
Shipping costs are covered by the user and will not be refunded upon returning a product(s).
The Cancellation Act states that products that are not in the same shape or amount as received and/or has wear, are not accepted to be returned or refunded.
For hygienic reasons, we only accept UNOPENED products for return.


When the Cancellation Act does NOT apply
• If the seal is broken and/or packaging opened.
• If the product(s) is/are returned but the condition and/or amount is not the same as delivered.
• Failure to retrieve the order does not count as being a sufficient reason for returning.

 

Procedure for using the Cancellation Act
• Original packaging is required upon returning a product. The product(s) can not be opened.

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs upon returning the product(s).
• Upon returning, to ensure your product(s) safely arrives, it is strongly recommended that you make sure to get a tracking number for your parcel.

How to to return your order

Attach a written description of your issue with the product(s).
Upon receiving your returned order, we will review the description.
After reviewing, if all terms are accepted  we will either 1) Send you a new package or 2) Refund the purchase.
RETURNED PRODUCTS HAVE TO BE UNOPENED TO FULFILL ALL TERMS FOR RETURN.

 

 

If the color you receive does not meet your expectations
Please return the hair as described above. We will guide and assist you with finding a better suited color. Contact us on post@luxushair.com if this is the case. 

Alternatively, you could purchase a color slightly lighter than your hair color and color it darker. Note that we do not recommend coloring your Hair Extensions and that this is done solely at your own risk.
If your Extenions are damaged during coloring, you will be held accountable for the damage done. 
When returning, attach a written description of the problem. Upon receiving your returned order, we will review the description and send you the correct color/product. You are required to cover the shipping costs upon changing color.

Unhappy with the duration of your Hair Extensions?
The normal lifespan for our Hair Extensions is 2-6 months. Unfortunately we cannot provide any guarantees for this since the total lifespan will vary a lot depending on usage and steps taken towards treating your hair.

It is up to the customer to make sure your hair is treated correctly. A slight amount of hair shedding is normal. This usually subsides.


What if the clips fall off or break?
If the clips on your Extensions fall off or you have problems clasping them, we will refund you with free clips within 3 months.
The clips are easily replaced by removing the old ones and sowing the new ones on.

When can I get refunded?
It is only in very special cases that the customer requires, and we give money back. It is a condition that the hair is sealed in its original packaging.

Upon wanting a refund, return the product(s) along with a filled out return form. Read more above for more information.


 

Warning: The usage of heating appliances, coloring and bleaching your Extensions is NOT recommended and is done at the customers own responsibility.
