Can I try the hair and exchange it if it's completely wrong?

No, Hair Extensions are a hygienic product, and the right to return is void once the seal is broken. If you are uncertain about your color, please take a look at our Color Guide. You can also receive a free* color sample or contact us for a free hair consultation.

How do I return my items?

If you want to exchange a product or wish to cancel an order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Please follow our online return system under 'My Orders' or use the form on this page. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us at [email protected].

Have you received my return?

You will receive an email notification when your return has been received and processed. This usually takes 3-5 business days.

Can you refuse to accept my return?

Yes, if you violate our general terms and conditions. The package must be returned in the same condition as received, with the seal unbroken (Hair Extensions come with a seal that cannot be broken for the return policy to remain valid).

When will I receive the refund for my return?

We process your return as soon as it is received back to us.

How do I get my refund when I have paid with an invoice?

If you have paid with an invoice, Klarna handles the crediting of the invoice.

I can't figure out what color I ordered last time, can you help me?

You can find your previous orders under 'my orders' in your account overview. However, if you need assistance, we also have access to your orders and are happy to help you find what you previously ordered. You can contact us at [email protected].

When do you ship the package?

We pack and ship your item the same day if the order is placed before 10:00 AM (Monday-Friday). The delivery time is typically 1-3 business days with Posten.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes, all our orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number as soon as the package has left our warehouse.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on your tracking number (link) received via email and/or SMS. We ship all packages in Norway with Posten/Bring.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you change your mind about your order, you can cancel it by going to 'my orders' as long as the package has not been shipped yet. If the package has already been processed, you can use our online return system to initiate a return. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us at [email protected].

I want to change my order, how do I do that?

If you wish to change the quantity or contents of your order, you need to contact customer service.

Can I be notified when the item I want, or have pre-ordered, comes back in stock?

Yes, you can! Click on the product you desire and request a notification when the product is back in stock. If it's a color we don't typically carry, you can pre-order the product. Pre-orders take about 4 weeks from the order confirmation to the product arriving at your location.

What delivery options do you have?

Choose to have the package delivered to your doorstep or pick it up at your nearest collection point with Posten/Bring. We also offer next-day express delivery with Bring and DHL.

When it's urgent, is it possible to get the hair the same day?

We offer 1-day express delivery for 450 NOK, and it will be delivered to you the day after if you place the order before 10:00 (Monday to Friday). If you live nearby, you can arrange to pick it up at our location in Åmot. Contact us, and we'll find a solution.

How long does it take for me to receive the item?

Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.

What is the cost of shipping with you?

The shipping cost varies depending on the desired shipping method. Select the products you want and go to the shopping cart to see the correct prices for the different options.

Can I pick up the order?

Yes, you can. Choose the option to pick up the package when selecting the delivery method at checkout.

Are there any additional fees such as customs duties and taxes in addition to the purchase?

If the products are to be shipped to an address in Norway, there are no customs duties or additional taxes. LuxusHair is a Norwegian online store, and all prices include VAT.

If the products are to be shipped abroad, different rules will apply for the country to which they are sent, and you should check with that country regarding rules and fees related to the import of goods from abroad.

Why can't I pay with Klarna invoice?

Klarna manages LuxusHair's invoice solution. If you can't place an order with an invoice, please check that the address you enter matches your registered address, and that your date of birth, name, and address are consistent. For any other questions about payment with an invoice, please contact Klarna, as they will investigate the specific reason why your order is not approved for payment with an invoice.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, we're here to help. Select 'Forgot password' during the login, and you'll receive a link to your registered email address that will guide you through the password reset process or allow you to create a new password.

Where do I find my previous orders?

When you log in to your account, you can find your recent orders from 2023 (applies to orders made from September 2023 onwards). We've changed our e-commerce platform, so you won't find older orders here anymore. If you have questions about older orders, please contact customer service, and we'll assist you in finding the information you're looking for.
